Due to torrential rains in various regions of Kohat, floodwaters have entered residential homes, resulting in tragic fatalities

Kohat:According to rescue authorities, in the area of Purana Bazi Khel in Darra Adam Khel, rainwater entered a house causing it to collapse. As a result, eleven members of the same family lost their lives.

Rescue sources reported that among the deceased were 6 children, 3 women, and 2 men who were trapped in the lower levels of the house when it collapsed due to the ingress of water. Efforts are underway to locate a missing girl.

Sources further informed that the bodies of the deceased have been recovered, while rescue operations continue in the affected areas to ensure the safety of residents.
