“Don’t Deport Seema Haider”: Rakhi Sawant Makes Emotional Appeal

Controversial Bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant has once again made headlines—this time by openly supporting Seema Haider, the Pakistani woman who crossed into India for love.
In a heartfelt video shared on her Instagram, Rakhi urged the Indian government not to deport Seema Haider, saying she is now the “daughter-in-law of India.” Rakhi emphasized that while Seema may have a past in Pakistan, her present and future lie in India, where she is now married to an Indian man and has given birth to his child.
Rakhi passionately stated, “No woman should be forced to return to a place she left behind, especially when she has started a new life. If Seema hadn’t married or given birth here, the situation might be different. But now, she has planted her roots in an Indian family.”
She also pointed out that Seema has converted from Islam to Hinduism and married Sachin, a young Indian man. “Seema is not a football that can be kicked out of the country. She is a woman, a mother—treat her with humanity,” Rakhi pleaded.
Seema Haider made headlines in 2023 when she arrived in India with her four children via Nepal, reportedly to be with her lover, Sachin, from Uttar Pradesh. Earlier this year, the couple welcomed a child together.
Originally from the Sindh province of Pakistan, Seema was previously married in her home country. However, following recent Indian government actions—including visa cancellations and deportation orders for Pakistani nationals—Seema faces the risk of being forced to leave India.
