Dollar Price Records Decline in Interbank Market

Karachi: A slight decrease in the exchange rate of the US dollar has been observed in the interbank market. According to currency dealers, the downward trend in the dollar’s value continues. At the start of trading today, the US dollar dropped by 12 paisas, bringing its price down to 278 Pakistani rupees.
Meanwhile, on the first day of the business week, the Pakistan Stock Exchange saw a surge in activity. The 100 Index reached an all-time high, surpassing 115,000 points for the first time in history.
