Dollar Price Drops Against Pakistani Rupee, Stock Market Declines

Karachi: The value of the US Dollar has slightly decreased against the Pakistani Rupee at the start of the business week. In the interbank market, the US Dollar saw a reduction of 14 paisas, bringing its price down to PKR 277.90.
On the other hand, after a positive market opening, the stock market experienced a downturn. The Karachi Stock Exchange’s Hundred Index dropped by 170 points, settling at 95,377 points. Earlier, the market had seen an increase of 279 points at the start of the session.
