Quetta:Director General of Balochistan Levies Forces, Nasibullah Kakar, dismissed Naib Qasid Maqbool Ahmed Wald Manzoor Ahmed on grounds of continuous absenteeism from duty and failing to respond to Directorate authorities without prior notification, while the individual was overseas in Qatar on a QRF assignment. According to the issued dismissal letter, Maqbool Ahmed received two separate warning notices for misconduct, yet opted not to provide any response to the Directorate. Utilizing the disciplinary powers granted under Rule 4(1)(b)(iv) of the 2015 Disciplinary Act, Director General Nasibullah Kakar enforced punitive action against Maqbool Ahmed in accordance with Rule 3(a), (b), (i), and (p), resulting in his termination from employment.
