Deputy Chairman Senate Syed Ali Khan Meets MD Saindak Hassan Mahmood Yusufzai

Quetta:Deputy Chairman Senate Syed Ali Khan held a meeting with Managing Director Saindak Project Hassan Mahmood Yusufzai today at Parliament House. During the meeting, Saindak’s Managing Director provided a detailed briefing to the Deputy Chairman Senate regarding the overall situation of the Saindak Project and introduced projects related to mining and the future of economy in Balochistan.

Deputy Chairman Senate expressed that Saindak Project is pivotal and will boost morale in other sectors apart from mining in the province. He emphasized the significance of the Saindak Project and appreciated the efforts made by MD Saindak in this regard. Deputy Chairman Senate stated that this project has the potential to transform the fate of Balochistan and will have positive impacts across the country by earning billions of dollars in exchange, which will boost Pakistan’s economy.

Deputy Chairman Senate acknowledged the efforts of MD Saindak and expressed confidence in his diligent leadership to expedite the project smoothly, overcoming obstacles along the way. He emphasized the project’s special importance for Balochistan, not only creating job opportunities but also aiding in poverty alleviation and empowerment of the local youth. Furthermore, Deputy Chairman Senate also met with Senator Omar Farooq Kasuri, expressing heartfelt condolences on the demise of his father, late Abdul Zaher Kasuri, and offered Fateha prayers.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding issues concerning Balochistan. Deputy Chairman Senate highlighted that the Senate is a forum that provides equal representation to all provinces and effectively raises voices for marginalized communities, acting as the voice of the federation. He stressed the need to build mutual trust among all stakeholders and to resolve issues through dialogue, aiming to improve the functionality of institutions for the relief of the common man.
