Deadline for Hajj 2025 Applications Announced by Ministry of Religious Affairs

Islamabad:The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced the final date for submitting applications for Hajj 2025. According to the ministry, applications for Hajj 2025 will be accepted until **December 17**, 2024. All applications received by this deadline will be processed on a **”first come, first served”** basis.

The ministry further informed that the second installment of the Hajj 2025 dues will be collected from **December 19 to December 27, 2024**, at designated banks.

To facilitate the submission of Hajj 2025 applications, the **State Bank of Pakistan** had earlier instructed **15 designated banks** to keep their branches open on Sundays in November 2024. The State Bank’s statement clarified that these instructions were issued at the request of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony to make the application and payment process easier for the aspiring Hajj pilgrims.

The State Bank also directed these banks to remain open on **November 30, 2024, and December 1, 2024**, from **9:00 AM to 2:30 PM** to assist in processing the Hajj applications and payments.

This step is expected to make it more convenient for people wishing to perform Hajj in 2025 to submit their applications and meet the required financial obligations.
