Curfew Imposed in South and North Waziristan Amid Security Concerns

In response to security threats, a curfew has been imposed in both South and North Waziristan Upper. The local administration has issued an official notification confirming the enforcement of the curfew.

According to the Deputy Commissioner of South Waziristan Upper, Saleem Jan, the curfew will be in effect for one day on Wednesday. During this time, the roads from Asman Manza to Ladda and from Makin to Nawazkot to Raskam will remain closed for traffic.

In North Waziristan, a curfew has been implemented in the Rasmik sub-division from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The curfew will apply from Nawazkot Bridge to Duncan Tehsil Rasmik, while a complete curfew will be enforced from Duncan to Melogai Bridge in Dosali Tehsil.

Authorities have requested travelers to use alternative routes during the curfew hours to avoid any inconvenience. The security measures have been put in place to ensure the safety and security of the residents and to address the ongoing security concerns in the region.
