Quetta:Quetta Development Authority (QDA) has announced immediate action against unauthorized and illegal housing schemes and buildings. The crackdown is set to commence soon. Zain Kasi, Director Planning QDA, cautioned that illegal constructions and housing schemes can be demolished, urging the public to refrain from purchasing plots or built properties in unauthorized schemes. QDA is committed to providing affordable housing schemes with all necessary facilities. QDA officers including Syed Qayyum Shah, Bajar Khan, Qambar Shah, and others discussed housing schemes and residential plots during a visit to Quetta and surrounding areas. Kasi emphasized consolidating information on available plots under QDA to ensure the provision of affordable housing schemes and accommodations for the general public. He highlighted QDA’s efforts to beautify Quetta and its adjacent areas, aiming to provide recreational spots for the public, stressing the necessity of public cooperation in achieving these goals.
