Controversial YouTuber Rajab Butt and Associates Face Allegations of Assault, Settlement Reached After Police Complaint

Lahore:A viral video showing popular and controversial YouTuber Rajab Butt and his associates allegedly assaulting a young man has sparked public outrage. Following the incident, the victim, identified as Imran, filed a legal complaint at the Sattukatla Police Station. However, the situation later de-escalated as both parties reached an amicable settlement, leading to the withdrawal of the complaint.

According to media reports, the video shows Rajab Butt and two other individuals assaulting a young man in a white car. The victim, Imran, explained to the police that he was driving when a motorcyclist, riding recklessly, crossed his path. After attempting to stop the motorcyclist, Rajab Butt allegedly blocked his way and began the assault.

After the video went viral on social media, Imran filed a complaint with the police. However, Rajab Butt later took to social media, apologizing and claiming that the incident was a misunderstanding. He assured his followers that it was not a deliberate act of violence.

The Lahore Police confirmed that the victim had accepted the apology and withdrawn his legal complaint. Police officials further stated that the matter had been resolved amicably, with both parties coming to a mutual agreement.
