Cold Weather Prevails Across Balochistan, Temperatures Drop in Several Cities
Quetta :Balochistan is experiencing dry weather conditions with a significant drop in temperatures across most of its districts. According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature recorded in Quetta today is 3°C, while Cillat has seen temperatures drop to 0°C. In Sibi, the minimum temperature is 14°C, and in Nokundi, it stands at 13°C. The coastal cities of Gwadar and Jiwani recorded a relatively higher minimum temperature of 18°C.
Humidity levels vary across the region, with Quetta having 32% humidity, Cillat at 40%, Sibi at 41%, Nokundi at a low 13%, and the coastal areas of Gwadar and Jiwani recording 56% and 59% humidity, respectively.
Overall, Balochistan is expected to experience cold, dry conditions throughout the day, with temperatures expected to further dip during the night. Residents are advised to take precautions against the cold, especially in the northern and central parts of the province.
