CM Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugati Inaugurates Turbat-Mand Road Construction Project

Turbat, Balochistan: The Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugati , officially inaugurated the Turbat and Mand road construction project, which will be completed at a cost of PKR 19.5 billion over a span of three years.
Speaking at the event, CM Balochistan announced that an initial allocation of PKR 5 billion has been approved for the project. He emphasized that despite facing numerous challenges, the provincial government is committed to launching development projects aimed at the welfare and well-being of the people of Balochistan.
Mir Sarfraz Bugati also highlighted the role of the Frontier Works Organization (FWO) in ensuring high standards of construction and assured that no compromise would be made on the quality of the work.
A committee led by the Chief Secretary of Balochistan will oversee the project’s progress, and the Chief Minister instructed that the project be completed within two years instead of the initially planned three years to ensure timely benefits for the local population.
In his address, the CM further assured that opportunities for growth are being provided to the youth of Balochistan, with scholarships for PhD studies being offered to students in top international universities. He also reaffirmed the provincial government’s commitment to covering the educational expenses of students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance.
The inauguration of this vital infrastructure project is seen as a significant step in improving connectivity, boosting regional development, and enhancing economic opportunities in Balochistan.
