CM Balochistan Expresses Solidarity with Kashmiris on Kashmir Solidarity Day

Quetta, Balochistan:On the occasion of Kashmir Solidarity Day, Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, reaffirmed his unwavering support for the Kashmiri people’s struggle for freedom from India’s illegal occupation. In his message, he emphasized that the Kashmiri people are steadfast in their fight for self-determination and that the day is not far when they will achieve their rightful independence.

The Chief Minister paid tribute to the countless lives lost in this ongoing struggle, noting that young men, women, children, and elderly individuals have sacrificed their lives for the cause. He reiterated that lasting peace in the region can only be achieved if the Kashmir issue is resolved according to the wishes of the Kashmiri people.

“Kashmir is the central issue between Pakistan and India, and peace in the region cannot be achieved without resolving it,” said CM Bugti. “India has forcefully occupied Kashmir and continues to deprive the people of their basic rights while subjecting them to atrocities. However, the world can no longer turn a blind eye to India’s oppressive actions, nor can India silence the voice of the Kashmiris.”

The Chief Minister called on the international community to take notice of India’s human rights violations and to play a role in ensuring that the Kashmiri people are granted their right to self-determination, as outlined in United Nations resolutions. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s continued moral and diplomatic support for the Kashmiri cause, stating, “The hearts of the Pakistani nation beat with our Kashmiri brothers and sisters, and the people of Balochistan stand in complete solidarity with them.”

He concluded with a hopeful message, declaring that the day is not far when the sacrifices of the Kashmiri people will bear fruit, and Jammu and Kashmir will be freed from Indian oppression, emerging as an independent state on the world map.
