Despite facing multiple failures, he succeeded in applying AI in the finance sector, specifically in quantitative trading. This led to the establishment of his company in 2013, which utilized AI in the finance industry.

However, a major milestone in Liang’s career came in 2016 when he founded *High Flyer*. The company integrates mathematics and AI to transform the investment and finance sectors.

In 2023, Liang took another giant step forward by founding *DeepSec*. His vision for *DeepSec* was to develop China’s version of a language model similar to ChatGPT. The company’s first version, *DeepSec Coder*, utilized artificial intelligence to assist with coding tasks. By 2024, *DeepSec* began to establish its presence in the AI field, and its AI chatbot, launched on January 20, made waves in the industry.

The success of *DeepSec* comes at a time when major global players like OpenAI and others have promised to invest $500 billion in building artificial intelligence infrastructure in the United States.
