Chaman Launches Ambitious 1 Million Tree Plantation Project to Green the City

Chaman:The district administration of Chaman has launched an ambitious project to plant 1 million trees in the city as part of its efforts to make it greener and more beautiful. The initiative was inaugurated by Deputy Commissioner Habib Ahmed Bangulzai, Deputy Mayor Matiullah Khan Achakzai, and other officials, who kicked off the project by planting trees at Sadiq Cricket Ground.

Deputy Commissioner Bangulzai emphasized that the project is vital for mitigating the effects of climate change, reducing air pollution, and enhancing the city’s overall aesthetic appeal. He urged the public to participate by planting and protecting trees, underscoring the role each individual can play in environmental conservation and the development of Chaman.
