California: Successful Conclusion of Referendum for Khalistan in Los Angeles

Los Angeles:The voting for the referendum on the creation of Khalistan, held in Los Angeles, has successfully concluded. A large number of Sikhs from across the United States gathered in Los Angeles to cast their votes, with the voting process starting at 9 am at the Civic Center.
During the referendum, Sikh leaders spoke to the media, emphasizing that the time had come for Sikhs to establish their own independent state. They strongly criticized the Indian government, accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s administration of being involved in assassination attempts against Sikhs in the US, Canada, and other countries. Despite these attacks, the leaders asserted that the Khalistan movement could not be stopped.
The Sikh leaders also stated that over 35,000 Sikhs participated in the voting to make Punjab part of Khalistan, demonstrating the strength of this movement.
At the end of the voting, Gurpatwant Singh Pannu, leader of Sikhs for Justice, announced the next Khalistan referendum, which will be held on August 17 in Washington D.C. He thanked the Trump administration for allowing the referendum to take place.
Gurpatwant Singh Pannu further stated that Sikhs around the world are sending a clear message to India through their votes that they do not want to remain under Indian control, and that the response to India’s bullets will now be through votes.
