BNP’s Peaceful Long March Blocked with Obstacles After Networks Shutdown

After the suspension of networks, the government has placed containers to block the peaceful long march of the Balochistan National Party (BNP). Containers have been installed on the roads leading from Wadh to Khuzdar, and at various locations including Lakpass, which are hindering the movement of the people. The authorities have sealed alternative routes as well, in an attempt to prevent the public’s participation in the march.

The BNP has condemned these actions and urged the government to take a step back, stating, “Instead of trying to block the public flood, the government should come to its senses and release the detained Baloch women and other political workers.”

The party strongly condemned the government’s efforts to disturb the peaceful atmosphere, calling out the authorities for disrupting a lawful and non-violent demonstration.
