BHC Bar Association President Condemns Abduction of Girl in Khuzdar, Calls for Immediate Action

The President of the Balochistan High Court Bar Association, Mir Ataullah Langov, condemned the recent abduction of a girl from Khuzdar, asserting that the protection of people’s lives and property is the government’s responsibility. He emphasized that if the abducted girl is not recovered, it would be tantamount to challenging the government’s authority, which would not be a positive sign for society.

In a statement issued by him, Mir Ataullah Langov expressed deep concern over the abduction of Asma Baloch, a girl from Khuzdar, calling it an extremely distressing incident. He stated that such events are not only alarming but also challenge the government’s authority, which is a matter of great concern for society. He added that such incidents are increasing fear and insecurity among the people, raising questions about the rule of law.

He further demanded the immediate recovery of the abducted girl and called for the case to be treated as a challenge, setting a precedent to uphold the law and ensure justice.
