Bangladesh Confirms No ODI Matches in Upcoming Tour of Pakistan, Only T20s

Dhaka:The **Bangladesh Cricket Board** (BCB) has officially confirmed that there will be no One Day International (ODI) matches during its upcoming tour of **Pakistan**. Instead, the series will be comprised solely of **T20I matches**.
According to an official statement from the BCB, the decision was made in line with preparations for the **T20 Asia Cup** and the **T20 World Cup**. This change means that the series will now feature **five T20 matches**, with no ODIs included.
Earlier, Bangladesh’s tour of Pakistan was scheduled to include three **ODIs** and three **T20Is**, but the series will now consist entirely of T20s. The **Asia Cup 2025** will be hosted by **India**, while the **2026 T20 World Cup** will be co-hosted by **India** and **Sri Lanka**.
The tour is set for **May**, when Bangladesh will visit Pakistan, and later in **July**, Pakistan will tour Bangladesh, where the teams will play **three T20 matches**. The additional T20 series was agreed upon during a meeting between officials from both cricket boards during the **Champions Trophy**.
The three T20 matches between Pakistan and Bangladesh will take place on **July 20**, **22**, and **24**.
