Balochistan Health Department Makes Biometric Attendance Mandatory for All Government Hospital Employees

Quetta:The Health Department of Balochistan has made biometric attendance mandatory for all employees of government hospitals in the province. According to a notification issued by the Government of Balochistan, biometric attendance will now be compulsory for all hospital and related institution staff.
In the notification issued under the guidance of the Secretary of Health, it was directed that the Medical Superintendents of Bolan Medical Complex Hospital Quetta, Civil Sundeman Hospital Quetta, and the District Headquarters (DHQ) hospitals in Mastung, Nushki, Panjgur, Loralai, Nasirabad, Jafarabad, and Sibi are required to provide the details of their staff within a week. This will help ensure the effective updating of the biometric attendance system.
The notification further emphasized that the introduction of the biometric attendance system is aimed at promoting transparency within the Health Department and ensuring the attendance of employees. All relevant institutions have been instructed to immediately implement this system.
