Turbat:the Deputy Commissioner of Kech district has issued a directive under which all government and semi-government employees affiliated with any organization or political party, or its members, have been notified. The Balochistan government has become aware that government employees are using electronic and social media platforms to express their views on political matters and disseminate hate speech against the state.
The directive specifies that any government employee found violating these rules will face strict legal action under the Balochistan Employees’ Efficiency and Discipline Act 2011. Within three days, details including the name, designation, and department of any employee found breaching these regulations are to be submitted for necessary disciplinary action.
This move underscores the government’s commitment to maintaining discipline among its workforce and preventing the misuse of official positions for political or divisive purposes.
