Quetta:Balochistan – During his visit to Loralai division, Chief Minister Mir Sardar Faraz Bugti expressed dismay over administrative inefficiencies and issued directives to suspend four deputy commissioners for absenteeism, including Shokaz, X, and W employees. The Chief Minister arrived in Loralai on Friday, where he convened a meeting with all administrative officers. It was noted that the areas under Deputy Commissioner Loralai, Barkhan, and Musakhel lacked sufficient numbers of teachers, doctors, and other professionals.
Chief Minister Bugti inquired about the number of absent employees and the operational performance of health and educational institutions in their respective districts. Dissatisfied with the responses from the deputy commissioners, he promptly issued show-cause notices to all four of them. Additionally, he instructed the Health Secretary to stay in Loralai Division for a week to resolve health-related issues.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister also suspended the X from the Transport and Construction Department due to negligence. Orders were also issued to suspend absentee doctors and teachers from duty. Chief Minister Bugti emphasized the importance of field visits and announced plans to visit all divisions, starting with this initial tour of Loralai Division. Further tours of other districts in Balochistan are scheduled following this visit.
