Balochistan Assembly Passes Key Legislative Bills on Industrial Development and Zakat Reforms
Quetta:In a significant session of the Balochistan Assembly, Provincial Finance Minister Mir Shoyab Noshirovani presented the *Balochistan Industrial Development and Regulations Bill 2025*, which was unanimously approved by the House. Additionally, Parliamentary Secretary Shehnaz Umarani, in the absence of the Provincial Minister for Zakat and Ushr, presented the *Zakat and Ushr Amendment Bill 2025*, which was also passed by the assembly.
During the session, Minister Shoyab Noshirovani also introduced the second supplementary report of the National Finance Commission in the assembly. Deputy Speaker Ghazala Gola announced that the ongoing session would be adjourned until 3:00 PM on Monday, February 10.
Regarding the approval of the bills, Finance Minister Noshirovani stated that these legislative measures will play a crucial role in the industrial growth and financial stability of the province.
