On the first day of the meeting, the agenda commenced with organizational reports presented under the permission of the central chairman, highlighting reports from all zones including Saba Literary Festival, Balochistan Book Caravan, and updates on the Baloch literature campaign. Subsequently, relevant committees also presented their past performance reports for evaluation.

The second day’s agenda focused on critical sessions where committee members critically reviewed various foundational programs of the organization and expressed their opinions. Central officials emphasized that constructive criticism is an essential tool through which a political worker shapes their political role and strives to shield the organization from non-political perspectives and actions.

The third agenda of the meeting centered around organizational activities, where central members presented drafted plans related to organizational work and shared their views. Central authorities stressed that the organization stands at the forefront not only in organizing various programs and policies but also in forming a strong foundation for Baloch society. The fourth agenda of the central committee meeting addressed global and regional political situations. During discussions, central officials highlighted that global politics is an evolving field, often advancing quietly but fraught with significant conflicts and tensions beneath the surface. They emphasized that seemingly minor events could alter the entire global political landscape, impacting ground-level, religious, economic, and national issues, potentially transforming global political dynamics.

The final agenda of the meeting involved deliberations on future action plans. After thorough discussions on proposals submitted by central officials, decisions were made to conduct leadership workshops in different zones including Malir, Turbat, and Dera Ghazi Khan, organize Saba Literary Festival events, publish a booklet on the Baloch literature campaign, and expand digital lectures online, incorporating written lectures.

Following successful discussions on all agendas, Central Chairman Shabeer Baloch adjourned the meeting with the approval of the committee.
