44-Year-Old Rosanna Hashim Dies After Tree Explodes from Lightning Strike**
Sydney (Daily Pakistan Online) – In a tragic incident in a village in Australia, 44-year-old Rosanna Hashim was sitting in her backyard when a lightning strike caused a tree to explode, sending wooden debris crashing onto her. The impact killed her instantly. This unfortunate event occurred on the evening of her birthday eve, around 5:30 PM, and her four children were present at the scene, witnessing the heartbreaking moment as they saw their mother being struck by the deadly debris.
According to *Daily Star*, Rosanna’s friend was also injured in the incident and was rushed to Liverpool Hospital in New South Wales. The report stated that the energy from the lightning strike caused her mobile phone to explode in her hand, which led to partial amputation of her finger and a fractured jaw.
David Canaston, an inspector with New South Wales Ambulance, confirmed that both women were sitting around six meters away from a large tree when the lightning struck, causing the tree to explode into pieces. The flying wood shards struck Rosanna, causing her tragic death.
Rosanna Hashim was a well-known businesswoman who ran a grooming service from her home called “The Groomery Cat Grooming Services,” which has now been closed indefinitely. Her friends and colleagues have started a GoFundMe campaign, which has raised nearly £3,900 so far to support her family during this difficult time.
