Rawalpindi: A case has been registered against a driver who attempted to ram the gates of the sensitive Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi. The incident unfolded at the external premises of Adiala Chowki, as reported by Incharge Aftab Ahmed.
According to the complaint, the suspect allegedly tried to run over security personnel with his vehicle, intending to cause serious harm. Constable Fahad was injured when the vehicle collided, narrowly escaping life-threatening injuries.
The impact of the collision damaged the jail gate, enabling the suspect to attempt entry. Prompt response from police, elite forces, and jail security led to the apprehension of the suspect, identified as Mobashir Hussain, reportedly from Sialkot and associated with maritime activities.
