Army Ready to Counter All Threats with Nation’s Support: Army Chief General Asim Munir

Narowal: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir has reiterated that the Pakistan Army, with the unwavering support of the nation, is fully prepared to tackle any threats.
During his visit to Narowal and Sialkot, the Army Chief inspected the Pakistan Army’s field training exercises. Upon arrival at the training field, General Munir was received by the Corps Commander Gujranwala and the Inspector General of Training. A comprehensive briefing was provided regarding the objectives and execution of the exercises.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), General Asim Munir spent the day with the troops, praising their training standards, operational readiness, and high morale. He emphasized that the army, supported by the nation, is capable of safeguarding the country’s territorial integrity and sovereignty against any threat.
The Army Chief stressed the importance of maintaining constant preparedness to counter any potential adversities.
The exercise featured coordinated operations involving armored, infantry, mechanized infantry, artillery, air defense, army aviation, and anti-tank guided missile units. The drills also demonstrated the effective use of electronic warfare capabilities and information operations aimed at disrupting enemy communications and countering disinformation strategies in modern warfare environments.
ISPR further noted that the main objective of the exercises was to enhance professional skills and improve battlefield tactics in order to address emerging operational challenges.
