Apple Dismisses Employees Over Financial Corruption Allegations, Many Indians Among the Fired

In a significant move, global tech giant Apple has fired several employees over allegations of financial corruption, with a notable number of Indian nationals among those dismissed.

According to media reports, Apple has terminated 50 employees at its headquarters in California, although the exact number of Indian employees among them has not been disclosed. The company accused these employees of misappropriating charitable funds by conspiring with certain organizations to transfer funds into their accounts, which were later redirected back to the employees themselves.

Some of the dismissed employees are also facing potential legal action for fraud. It is noteworthy that the number of Indian employees working at Apple’s California headquarters is reported to be in the hundreds.

This development highlights Apple’s ongoing commitment to maintaining ethical standards and combating corruption within its workforce.
