American Sets New Guinness World Record for Most Pull-Ups in 24 Hours

In an impressive feat of endurance, American athlete Troy Haines has regained the Guinness World Record for the most pull-ups in 24 hours, completing a remarkable 10,001 pull-ups.

Troy Haines had previously set the record two years ago by achieving 8,100 pull-ups within the same timeframe. However, that record was surpassed by Australian athlete Gary Lloyd, who completed 8,600 pull-ups in 24 hours. Despite this setback, Haines was determined to reclaim his title, and he has now done so with his incredible performance of 10,001 pull-ups.

Speaking about his achievement, Haines shared, “I never give up. I may not have been blessed with unique talents or incredible strength, and things have never come easily to me, but I have been gifted with the ability to never back down from my goals.”

He also mentioned that he had promised the Guinness World Records team that no matter how many years it took, he would complete the challenge, and he has now fulfilled that commitment.

Haines’ perseverance and dedication have earned him the world record once again, marking a significant personal victory in the world of fitness and endurance challenges.
