Karachi: Advocate Liaquat Gabol has denied recent rumors about his marriage to Danya Shah, the widow of the late TV host Dr. Amir Liaquat Hussain. Reports and a viral video on social media suggest that Danya Shah has remarried, but Gabol has firmly refuted these claims.
In his statement, Gabol mentioned that he first learned about the rumors through social media and has been inundated with messages and tags regarding the alleged marriage. He clarified, “I am not married to Danya Shah. I am only representing her in cybercrime and property cases.”
Gabol added that Danya Shah is reported to have married someone named Hakim Shehzad. He urged the public to stop sending him messages about the matter.
It is notable that Danya Shah had been arrested in Lodhran in 2022 for allegedly circulating inappropriate videos of Dr. Amir Liaquat. She was later released following a court order.
