Action Committee Meeting Addresses Solarization and Illegal Tube Wells in Balochistan

Quetta:The Action Committee chaired by Malik Nasir Ahmed Shahwani convened an urgent session at its central office this week, attended by executive committee members from various districts. The meeting focused on briefing members about the Senate’s standing committee session in Islamabad regarding the development of underprivileged areas.

During the session, Executive Member Haji Abdul Jabbar Kakar informed attendees about the proceedings with the Chief Minister of Balochistan. Shahwani emphasized the importance of adhering to directives given to deputy commissioners by the Chief Secretary. He stressed that no deputy commissioner can overlook provincial decisions or act independently.

Highlighting the significant role of Haji Momen and Haji Abdul Jabbar Kakar in restoring electricity in Balochistan, Shahwani praised their efforts. All landowners unanimously agreed to complete the solarization process in the initial phase and initiate actions against illegal tube wells the following day.

A meeting with the Chief Secretary of Balochistan has been scheduled to address upcoming issues, ensuring future proceedings align with current developments.
