MUMBAI:Aaradhya Bachchan, daughter of Bollywood stars Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan, has once again turned to the courts to have false health-related news about her removed from the internet. Aaradhya has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court, requesting that several websites and YouTube channels remove misleading and false information about her health.
This new petition was filed in accordance with a previous ruling from the Delhi High Court, where the court had directed search engine Google, along with other websites and YouTube channels, to immediately remove any false content related to Aaradhya that had been pointed out by her.
In 2023, Aaradhya Bachchan had also filed a similar petition against a YouTube channel for spreading false rumors about her health, including claims about her “poor health” and “death.” She had demanded that strict action be taken against those spreading such falsehoods. The High Court had ruled in her favor at that time.
Aaradhya, like many celebrity children, often appears in the news, especially as she frequently attends film events and festivals with her parents. She has also been subjected to trolling on social media on multiple occasions.
