Fariha Pervez Says She Would Devote Her Life to Protecting Her Children

LAHORE:Renowned Pakistani singer Fariha Pervez has said that if she had children, she would devote her entire life to protecting and caring for them.
In a recent interview with Ahmed Ali Butt, Fariha Pervez spoke openly about not having children and the responsibilities of parents toward the blessing of having offspring.
Discussing motherhood, she said she did not have children and believed that if she were the mother of sons or daughters, she would be extremely protective and dedicate herself completely to them.
She said she had also experienced childhood, including playing, going to school and going through the various stages of life, which helped her understand the importance of a mother’s role in a child’s upbringing.
Fariha said a mother plays an extremely important role in a child’s life. She expressed concern that some parents give their children iPads and tablets, claiming that excessive exposure to such devices can negatively affect children’s health.
The singer urged parents to value their children and take proper care of them, describing children as both a blessing from God and a test of responsibility.
She said motherhood carries significant responsibilities and parents should fulfill their role properly.
“I know some parents may not like what I am saying, but when you decide to bring a child into this world, you must also make sure that the child receives proper care,” she said.
