Pakistan Cuts Kerosene Oil Price by Rs. 6.85 Per Litre, Keeps Petrol and Diesel Rates Unchanged

Islamabad: The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has reduced the price of kerosene oil by **Rs. 6.85 per litre**, according to a newly issued notification.
Following the reduction, the new price of kerosene has been set at **Rs. 227.05 per litre**, down from the previous rate of **Rs. 233.90 per litre**.
Meanwhile, the government has decided to keep petrol and high-speed diesel prices unchanged for the current pricing period.
According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of **petrol** will remain **Rs. 299.50 per litre**, while **high-speed diesel (HSD)** will continue to be sold at **Rs. 311.47 per litre**.
The latest adjustment provides relief to consumers who rely on kerosene for domestic and heating purposes, while prices of the country’s two main transport fuels remain unchanged.
