Major Infiltration Attempt Foiled at Chaman Border, 14 Terrorists Killed in Exchange of Fire

Quetta (News Desk) Security forces successfully foiled a major cross-border infiltration attempt in the sensitive Chaman border area, killing 14 terrorists during a fierce exchange of fire, according to security sources.
The incident reportedly occurred when armed elements attempted to infiltrate Pakistani territory from across the border areas of Spin Boldak and Wesh Mandi. Security forces responded promptly and effectively, engaging the attackers in a heavy exchange of fire.
According to ISPR sources, the security forces acted in a highly professional manner, repelling the attack and swiftly bringing the situation under control. The operation prevented a potentially large-scale security breach in the region.
A large quantity of modern weapons, ammunition, and military equipment was recovered from the killed terrorists, indicating that the group was well-equipped and planning a coordinated infiltration attempt.
Following the operation, a search and clearance operation is ongoing in the area to eliminate any remaining threats. Additional security reinforcements have also been deployed as a precautionary measure to ensure full area clearance and prevent any further incidents.
Authorities reaffirmed that security forces remain fully vigilant along the border and will continue to respond decisively to any attempts to destabilize peace in the region.
