Arslan Butt Sends Legal Notice to Mamya Shajaffar Over Harassment Allegations
Lahore: Pakistani actor Arslan Butt has issued a legal notice to fellow actress Mamya Shajaffar after she made harassment allegations against him.
According to details, Arslan Butt shared a screenshot of the legal notice on his official Instagram account, stating that defamatory and false remarks had been made against him.
In his post, the actor wrote that false statements carry severe consequences and urged Mamya Shajaffar to issue a public apology within the stipulated time, warning of legal action if she fails to comply.
He further expressed strong disapproval of the allegations, saying that strict legal steps have been taken against what he described as baseless and damaging claims.
The development comes after Mamya Shajaffar, in a recent podcast interview, accused Arslan Butt of inappropriate behavior during a shoot. She alleged that he attempted to hug her on set during an attempt to reconcile, and became angry when she refused.
