Sara Tendulkar Slams Journalist Over Body-Shaming Video

Mumbai: Sara Tendulkar, daughter of Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, strongly reacted after being targeted with body-shaming comments on social media and criticized a photojournalist for sharing an offensive video.
The controversy began when a content creator posted a video of Sara Tendulkar at an airport along with a derogatory caption mocking her appearance. The woman seen alongside Sara in the video was identified as her sister-in-law and a businesswoman who recently married Sara’s brother, a cricketer.
Instead of remaining silent, Sara shared a screenshot of the video on her Instagram story, tagged the account involved, and responded sharply.
“You are disgusting. This is not journalism. Leave us alone,” she wrote.
Although the post was later deleted, Sara clarified that removing the content did not erase responsibility for the remarks.
“You can delete the post, but that doesn’t make you any less disgusting,” she added.
The incident has reignited debate on social media over paparazzi culture, invasion of privacy, and the body-shaming of women online.
