Lashkari Raisani Challenges Demolition of Balochistan Assembly Building in High Court

Quetta: Lashkari Raisani has approached the Balochistan High Court against the proposed demolition of the Balochistan Assembly building, filing a petition to challenge the government’s decision.
In the petition, Raisani requested the court to declare the planned tender for May 7, 2026, null and void. He also urged the court to fix the case for hearing on a priority basis on May 4, 2026.
The petitioner further sought a stay order to halt any action related to the demolition until the matter is decided by the court.
The case is expected to draw attention as it concerns a significant government decision regarding the provincial assembly’s infrastructure.
