Pakistan President, PM Condemn Shooting at White House Correspondents’ Dinner

Asif Ali Zardari has strongly condemned the reported shooting incident at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington, D.C., calling it a “heinous act of terrorism.”
In his statement, President Zardari expressed relief that Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump remained safe during the incident. He emphasized that such acts of violence deserve the strongest possible condemnation.
Earlier, Shehbaz Sharif also voiced deep concern over the shooting in a post on X, describing the development as “deeply disturbing.” He welcomed reports that the U.S. president, the First Lady, and other attendees were unharmed.
Both leaders extended their prayers and best wishes for the safety and well-being of all those present at the high-profile event.
