PTA Clarifies Internet Services Will Remain Fully Operational on January 15

The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has issued a clarification stating that **internet services across the country will remain fully operational on January 15**.

According to the PTA, reports circulating about a possible disruption to internet services are **false and baseless**. The authority explained that **routine maintenance work on submarine cables** is currently underway, but it will **not affect internet connectivity** in Pakistan.

The PTA further assured the public that networks are being **continuously monitored** to ensure uninterrupted internet services and to maintain service quality nationwide.
