Indian Tejas Fighter Jet Crashes at Dubai Airshow, Pilot Killed

DUBAI: An Indian Air Force Tejas fighter jet crashed during an aerobatic display at the Dubai Airshow on Friday afternoon, resulting in the death of the pilot. The incident forced the temporary suspension of the airshow.
A Tejas plane taking part in a demonstration at the Dubai Air Show crashed on Friday afternoon (November 21). The HAL made plane went down around pm local time while performing an aerial display before a large crowd.

The accident occurred near the airport, where a large crowd had gathered to watch the aerial demonstration. According to local reports, the Tejas jet suddenly struck the ground at 2:10 PM local time during the display.
Eyewitness videos show thick black smoke rising immediately after the crash, causing panic among spectators. Authorities have launched an investigation into the cause of the crash.
