Earthquake Strikes Musa Khel, Balochistan; 3 Injured and Property Damaged

Quetta:An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale struck the Musa Khel district and surrounding areas in Balochistan, causing significant damage to homes and leaving three people injured.
According to the earthquake monitoring center, the quake occurred at a depth of 28 kilometers, with its epicenter located 56 kilometers northeast of Musa Khel. The tremors led to the collapse of several homes, resulting in injuries to three individuals who were quickly transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
Authorities are currently assessing the full extent of the damage caused by the earthquake, and rescue operations are ongoing. The local government has urged residents to remain cautious and stay away from any damaged structures until further safety assessments are completed.
