Two Rocket Attacks Target FC Checkpost in Mastung, Mentally Ill Man Shot Dead in Separate Incident

Mastung – Two rockets were fired at a Frontier Corps (FC) checkpost near the Levies police station in Khadkocha Tehsil, Mastung, by unidentified armed assailants. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the attack. According to Levies officials, a search operation was launched in the area immediately after the incident.
In a separate event, armed individuals opened fire and killed a mentally unstable man identified as Babul, son of Nizam, belonging to the Shahwani tribe and a resident of Killi Ghazgi, Mastung. The body was shifted to Shaheed Nawab Ghous Bakhsh Raisani Memorial Hospital.
Levies authorities have initiated investigations into both incidents.
