Electricity Transmission from Iran to Balochistan’s Makran Division Restored

Makran:According to KESC spokesperson, electricity transmission from Iran to Makran Division in Balochistan has resumed to normalcy.

During the past week, there were multiple disruptions in electricity supply from Iran to Makran due to increased demand for electricity within Iran, as reported by the KESC spokesperson.

It is noteworthy that Pakistan has a contract with Iran for transmission of 200 MW of electricity to Makran via two transmission lines.
