Young Gamer Breaks Guinness World Record for Beating Classic Super Mario Brothers in 4 Minutes 54.565 Seconds

A young American gamer has set a new Guinness World Record by defeating the 1985 classic *Super Mario Brothers* in an astonishing 4 minutes and 54.565 seconds. The record-breaking feat is the result of years of dedication, practice, and a deep understanding of the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) game and its techniques.

The gamer, known as *Naftski*, shared that achieving such a remarkable time was only possible after years of refining his skills and strategies. “I spend at least 90% of my time practicing and only 10% actually doing speed runs,” Naftski explained. “I believe this approach is what has allowed me to achieve success in this game.”

While using an emulator and a computer keyboard for his speed run, Naftski noted that he is still not fully satisfied with his time. Despite this, his achievement marks a significant milestone in the world of *Super Mario Brothers* speed running, demonstrating his exceptional skills and commitment to the game.

This new record adds to the growing list of speed running achievements and highlights the enduring popularity of *Super Mario Brothers*, a game that continues to captivate gamers worldwide decades after its initial release.
