PTI MPA Asks IG KP to Take Action Against Rising Crime in Peshawar

Following the rise in crime in Peshawar, PTI Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Asif Khan has written a letter to the Inspector General (IG) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, urging for a crackdown on criminals.
According to the letter, the increase in criminal activities in police stations of Hashtangri, Gulbahar, Phandu, and Kabuli has created fear among the citizens. The letter highlights incidents such as robberies, thefts, target killings, and aerial firing, which are reportedly not being controlled by the SHOs of these areas.
Asif Khan has demanded that a strict action be taken against criminals and that the safety of citizens in his constituency, NA-32, be ensured. He further requested that a detailed report on the actions taken against criminals in his constituency be provided.
