Fatal Road Accident in Kot Addu: Passenger Van Collides with Shop, 4 Dead, 12 Injured

Kot Addu, Saturday: A tragic road accident occurred in the Sannawan area of Kot Addu when a high-speed passenger van collided with a tractor-trolley before crashing into a shop. The incident resulted in the death of four individuals, with more than 12 others suffering serious injuries.
According to reports, four passengers died on the spot, while several others were critically injured. Rescue 1122 personnel arrived at the scene promptly, transferring the deceased and the injured to nearby hospitals in Sannawan and Kot Addu.
The condition of many of the injured is reported to be critical.
In a separate incident on the same day in Kabirwala, a man was killed when his shawl got caught in the chain of an auto-rickshaw on Jhung Road. The deceased, identified as Ghazanfar from Mola Pur, was returning from a wedding with his family when the fatal accident occurred. Rescue 1122 workers transported the body to the hospital for further procedures. Ghazanfar was reported to have lost one of his hands in the accident.
