India’s Richest Female Singer: Tulsi Kumar Leads with Net Worth of ₹210 Crore
Mumbai: In India’s thriving music industry, most female singers gain fame and wealth through their contributions to Bollywood films. Leading names such as Shreya Ghoshal, Sunidhi Chauhan, and Neha Kakkar are renowned for their melodious voices, earning them both fame and substantial earnings. However, surprisingly, none of these famous singers hold the title of the richest female singer in India.
According to recent reports, the honor of being India’s wealthiest female singer goes to Tulsi Kumar, with a total net worth of ₹210 crore (approximately $25 million USD). Tulsi’s wealth surpasses that of other well-known singers like Shreya Ghoshal, whose net worth stands at ₹185 crore, Sunidhi Chauhan at ₹110 crore, and legendary singer Asha Bhosle at ₹100 crore.
Tulsi Kumar’s fortune is not solely attributed to her successful career in playback singing but also due to her involvement in the multi-billion dollar music business. She is the daughter of Gulshan Kumar, the founder of T-Series, one of the largest music labels in the world.
In addition to her singing career, Tulsi is a co-owner of a popular YouTube channel called “Kids Hit,” which features stories and rhymes for children. This channel has contributed significantly to her wealth, adding another stream of income.
Tulsi Kumar has also lent her voice to several popular films, including Bhool Bhulaiyaa, Ready, Dabangg, Kabir Singh, and Satyaprem Ki Katha, where her songs became huge hits, further cementing her status in the industry.
