Court Issues Non-Bailable Warrants for Three Accused in Blackmailing Case Involving Obscene Video
Karachi: The Sindh High Court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants for three individuals in connection with the blackmailing of a young woman through an obscene video.
During the hearing of a petition related to the case, the complainant’s lawyer, Advocate Saeed ul-Zaman, argued that the Alfalah police had registered the case a year ago, but no significant action had been taken. The accused, Tabish, allegedly blackmailed the victim, forcing her to surrender two of her properties. Additionally, the accused had circulated an obscene video of the woman on social media a year earlier.
In response, the court issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the three accused: Tabish, Khalid Khushabha, and Abdul Hamid.
