“No More Compromise Now! The Decisive Time Has Come in Pakistan’s War Against Terrorism”: Gharida Farooqi

Islamabad (Qudrat Daily) – Journalist Gharida Farooqi has said that there will be no more compromise now! The decisive time has come in Pakistan’s war against terrorism. PTI, under one pretext or another, simply does not want to fight the war against TTP and its followers. There will be no more compromises and reconciliations now; rather, now there will only be war against terrorism and terrorists.

In her tweet on X, she stated that the decisive time has come in Pakistan’s war against terrorism. Regarding the war against terrorism, PTI’s narrative has always been that this war on terrorism is imposed and is being fought for dollars. This is the fundamental problem; that is why all their actions are directly contrary to the state of Pakistan’s war against terrorism, which openly supports the policies of the TTP and TTA regime.

It is important to note: despite countless sacrifices, why is this war not reaching its logical conclusion? The reason is that PTI, under one pretext or another, simply does not want to fight the war against TTP and its followers.

This matter is quite simple and clear. Generally, PTI propagates that when security forces are protecting the border, how is terrorism spreading? This matter needs to be understood in a very good and correct context.

It must be understood that no matter how much you harden the border, as long as PTI’s leadership keeps looking toward Afghanistan and does not look toward Pakistan for the resolution of issues, the problem will not be solved. The problem is that PTI’s government looks toward Kabul instead of Islamabad. They should have chosen Islamabad instead of Kabul for their narratives and security policies.

Now the time has come that the brave people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa look toward Islamabad, Peshawar, Charsadda, Waziristan, etc., instead of Kabul, Paktika, Kandahar, and Khost. The reason is that Afghanistan has given us nothing but all the evils of terrorism, smuggling, TTP formations, damage to the economy, crimes, etc. Afghanistan is part of the problem, not the solution. The people of Pakistan, and especially the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, no longer want to coexist with Khawarij and TTP, and they want to fight against the TTP’s mischief.

After PTI’s 13-year rule, in which only Khawarij and their facilitators flourished, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa now needs such people who stand shoulder to shoulder with the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Pakistan and fight this war against terrorism with full harmony and strength, and fight this war keeping only the interests of Pakistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in view. There will be no more compromises or reconciliations on this now. Because now there will only be war against terrorism and terrorists.
